The Inner Work Club Business Book Club Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction Welcome to The Inner Work Club Business Book Club (referred to as “the Book Club”), owned and operated by Thrive Life and Business Limited (referred to as “we,” “us,” or “our”). By joining and participating in the Book Club, you agree to the following terms and conditions, forming a legal agreement between you and Thrive Life and Business Limited.

2. Membership & Subscription

• Monthly Subscription: Membership to the Book Club is offered as a monthly rolling subscription. The monthly payment, as detailed at checkout, provides access to all Book Club content, including podcast episodes, book discussions, and exclusive insights.
• Payments: Payments are made automatically each month on the date of initial signup via the payment method provided at registration.
• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations must be completed before the next billing date to avoid charges for the following month. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the Book Club until the end of your current billing cycle, after which your access will be revoked.

3. Content of Episodes

• Episode Summaries: The Book Club podcast episodes provide summaries, insights, and reflections on the books chosen for discussion. Full readings or large excerpts from books are not included to comply with copyright laws.
• Fair Use: Our summaries and discussions are intended for personal enrichment and educational purposes and fall within fair use guidelines. Content provided within the Book Club is not a substitute for reading the original work.

4. Membership Conduct

• Respectful Participation: Members are expected to engage respectfully in all discussions. Any harassment, inappropriate conduct, or disruptive behavior may result in termination of membership without refund.
• Privacy: The Book Club is a private community. Members agree to respect the confidentiality of all discussions and not share content, materials, or conversations outside the Book Club without permission.

5. Intellectual Property

• Content Ownership: All content provided by The Inner Work Club Business Book Club, including but not limited to podcast episodes, discussion materials, and summaries, is the intellectual property of Thrive Life and Business Limited and is protected by copyright. Members may not reproduce, share, or distribute any content without express permission.
• Book Content: The copyright for each book remains with its respective authors and publishers. The Book Club does not own the rights to any book content discussed and shares only summaries and insights in accordance with copyright law.

6. Liability & Disclaimers

• Personal Use Only: Membership in the Book Club is for personal use only. Information shared and discussed is for general educational purposes and is not intended as professional advice.
• No Liability: Thrive Life and Business Limited is not liable for any loss or damages arising from participation in the Book Club. Members agree to participate at their own risk.

7. Changes to Terms

• Modification of Terms: Thrive Life and Business Limited reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated via email or posted within the Book Club’s platform. Continued participation in the Book Club constitutes acceptance of any modified terms.

8. Governing Law

• Jurisdiction: These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the UK courts.
