Terms and Conditions for The Inner Work Club

 These Terms

These are the terms and conditions (“Terms”) on which we supply our goods and services to you in the form of an online digital programme called The Inner Work Club(“programme”).

Please read these Terms carefully before you submit your order. These Terms tell you who we are, how we will provide products to you, how you and we may change or end our relationship, and other important information. If you think that there is a mistake in these Terms or want to discuss them, please contact us via email at [email protected] to discuss.

We are Thrive Life & Business Limited, incorporated and registered in England and Wales with company number 12398221, whose registered office is The Oaks, 3 Village Road, West Kirby, Wirral, United Kingdom, CH48 3JN.

If we have to contact you we will do so by writing to you at the email address or postal address you provide to us in your order.

Our Agreement with you

Our acceptance of your order will take place when your payment is processed at which point an agreement will come into existence between you and us as governed by these Terms.

Our Rights to Make Changes

We may change the programme to:

  • reflect changes in relevant laws and regulatory requirements; or 
  • implement adjustments and improvements
  • We may update or require you to update content of the programme, provided that the content of the programme shall always meet the objectives that were described when you purchased it.

Provision of the Programme

  • Technically, the supply of this programme is one year. 
  • You shall have access to this programme for one year from the date the payment is made 
  • Should you choose to opt in again following this period you may do so
  • We will supply the programme to you until either:

Love it or leave it Guarantee

  • This guarantee does not apply to businesses who have purchased multiple icences for their employees 
  • This guarantee serves the individual who has received coaching directly from us within the first three months from the date of purchase and did not like the coaching.  
  • This guarantee does no cover any other reason other than ‘being coached and not getting value or liking the coaching style’ 
  • For ‘love it or leave it’ requests the criteria is you must have been coached within the firs three months.
  • All refunds will deduct any service provided 
  • Refunds will be grated within 30 days of confirmation of refund granted

Your year contract expires

  • the programme is closed down; or
  • you end the agreement between us as described below; or
  • we end the agreement between us by written notice to you as described below.

There will be times when some of the regular scheduled events (e.g. live coaching) will not take place (due to a short holiday or illness, for example)

We will always endeavour to give as much notice as possible

You accept this as part of this agreement

If you do not pay us for the programme when you are supposed to and you still do not make payment within seven (7) days of us reminding you that payment is due, we reserve the right to suspend supply of the programme until you have paid us the outstanding amounts.

Ending the contract

If you are ending the agreement for a reason set out below, the agreement will end immediately and we will refund you in full for parts of the programme you have paid for but not received. The reasons include:

  • we have told you about an upcoming change to the programme or these terms which you have contested in writing
  • we have told you about an error in the price or description of the programme you have ordered and you do not wish to proceed
  • there is a risk that supply of the programme may be significantly delayed because of events outside our control
  • In the first instance we will always treat each request to end the contract with understanding to both you and Thrive Life & Business. If we decide, based on external factors and in our absolute discretion, to allow you to end the agreement between us, we will let you know in writing.

Where the decision has been made to offer you a full or part refund, we will refund you by the method you used for payment as soon as possible and at the latest within 30 working days

Any refunds will take into consideration if you have started downloading or streaming the programme, any refund request will take into account any access that has already been delivered. If we delivered the programme to you immediately, and you agreed to this when ordering, you will not have a right to change your mind or request a refund. Any refunds in the instance of the client changing their mind are completely at our discretion.  We will always act fairly and with compassion to an extreme change in circumstances.

  • It is not a legal right of the client to be entitled to or request a refund in respect of the programme once you have started to download or stream it because they have changed their mind.
  • To end your agreement with us, please let us know by emailing us at [email protected].
  • We may end the agreement at any time by writing to you if you do not make any payment to us when it is due, and you still do not make payment within seven (7) days of us reminding you that payment is due.

  • This is a summary of your key rights. These are subject to certain exceptions. For detailed information please visit the Citizens Advice website atadviceguide.org.uk.
  • The Consumer Rights Act 2015 says that digital content must be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality. If:
    • the digital content is faulty, you may be entitled to a repair or a replacement
    • the fault cannot be fixed, or if it hasn’t been fixed within a reasonable time and without significant inconvenience, you can get some or all of your money back
    • you can show the fault has damaged your device and we have not used reasonable care and skill, you may be entitled to a repair or compensation.
  • The above will require evidence of faults.

  2. Confidentiality
    • For the purposes of these Terms, confidential information means information provided or shared throughout the programme in written, graphic, recorded, machine readable or other form concerning business, clients, suppliers, financers, personal information, family information and other areas of the other party’s business, background or current situation (“Confidential information”).
    • You will not use or disclose to any person either during or at any time after your use of the programme any Confidential Information. This restriction does not apply to any disclosure that has been authorised by us or that is required by law.
  3. Intellectual Property
    • All intellectual property rights in and arising from the programme, its content and all related content are and remain our property.
    • In relation to the programme, its content and all related content, we do not allow copying, modifying, reproducing, publishing (or re-publishing), selling, distributing, or otherwise making available to anyone not a party to these Terms.
    • You are not permitted to share any screen shots, conversations or material with anyone else
    • You are not permitted to share your log in information / licence with any other person / company 
    • You will inform [email protected] in writing if you are NOT happy for comments, discussion or feedback to be used in marketing materials.

Disclaimer

  • You acknowledge and agree that we are not licensed psychiatrists, psychologists, mental health professionals or medical professionals and our services are not intended to replace those of such professions.
  • Whilst we have utilised in creating the programme, and we will at all times in our dealings with you utilise, our best professional endeavours and skills, we do not guarantee any specific outcome from your use of the programme. 

General Terms

  • We may transfer our rights and obligations under these Terms to another organisation. We will always tell you in writing if this happens and will ensure that the transfer will not affect your rights under the agreement between us.
  • You may only transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms to another person if we agree to this in writing in advance. 
  • Nobody else has any rights under these Terms. The agreement is between you and us, and no other person will have any rights to enforce any of its terms.
  • If a court finds part of these Terms illegal, the rest will continue in force. 
  • Even if we delay in enforcing these Terms, we can still enforce it later. If we do not insist immediately that you do anything you are required to do under these Terms, or if we delay in taking steps against you in respect of your violation of these Terms, that will not mean that you do not have to do those things and it will not prevent us from taking steps against you at a later date.
  • These terms are governed by English law and you can bring legal proceedings in respect of these Terms in the English courts.
